Baojiuhe Refractory Co., Ltd is the first Sino-Japanese joint venture company who specialized in monolithic refractories in China. The company produces and sells various kinds of monolithic refractory castables materials, spray coating materials, refractory ramming materials, refractory plastics, hot patching material and refractory mortar for various kinds of metallurgical furnaces and kilns. 1.1. 大型高炉出铁场用耐火材料 Refractories materials for iron trough and runner of blast furnace
公司生产的高炉出铁沟耐火材料是引进日本东和耐火工业株式会社的成熟技术，结合中国原材料的特点研制的。自1993年起，生产的铁沟浇注料、铁沟喷补料和铁沟热浇料在宝钢得到了综合使用，使宝钢铁沟通铁量从5万多吨提高到8万多吨，并在当时创造了122560吨的最高通铁量，为宝钢高炉系统节约了大量的耐材消耗成本；公司生产的出铁沟热态自流浇注料BC-60R获得了国家专利。
The refractory materials for blast furnace iron runner are developed with the mature technology that is introduced from Japan Towa and the characteristics of Chinese raw materials. Since 1993, our castables materials, gunning materials and hot pouring materials for blast furnance have been comprehensively used in Baosteel, which has increased the iron throughput quantity from more than 50, 000 tons to more than 80, 000 tons, and created a maximum iron throughput quantity of 122560 tons at that time. Our products save a lot of refractory material cost for Baosteel blast furnace system, including the hot flowable casting material BC-60R that has obtained the national patent.

Our company is a stable supplier of refractory materials for iron runner of Baosteel. The products are exported to JFE steel plants of Japan, its quality level reaching a same level of Japanese refractory materials industry. Products exported to Russias MMK steel plant, KMK steel plant, ZSMK steel plant, the maximum iron throughput quantity was higher than 370000 tons, exceeded the technology level of European refractory materials, now, the company supplied refractory materials for blast furnace for Russian steel for a long age. The company is also the largest domestic iron runner refractories export manufacturers. Products are also exported to Ukraine.

1.2. 大型高炉用炮泥产品 Stemming for Large Size Blast Furnace
公司炮泥产品是引进日本成熟产品技术, 关键原材料采用日本进口产品的基础上研制的。经日本东和耐火工业株式会社检验, 各项理化指标、抗渣性、抗剥落性均达到日本同类产品水平; 应用于首钢曹妃甸5500m3高炉, 出铁时间达到4h以上, 具有打泥压力适中, 易开孔，不喷溅, 扩孔小等特点, 使用结果达到国内同类产品领先水平。应用到南钢、新钢等中型高炉, 使用效果良好。
We use the Japanese mature technology and Japanese key raw materials to produce the stemming products. The physical and chemical indexes, slag resistance, anti-stripping property of this products are passed the test of Towa Refractory Engineering Industry Co., Ltd, all of these index reached a same level of refractory products industry in Japan. When the product is applied to Caofeidian branch 5500m3 blast furnace of Shougang Group, the ironmaking time is more than 4 hours. The products have the characteristics of moderate mud pressure, easy hole opening, no spatter, small hole expansion and so on, reaching the leading position of similar products in China. Applied to medium blast furnaces such as Nan Jing Steel and Xingang, the effect is also very brilliant.
出口到俄罗斯最大的钢铁公司耶弗拉兹集团等3家钢厂和乌克兰最大的Metinvest集团伊里奇钢厂、亚索夫钢厂等，使用效果达到欧洲同类产品水平。同时还出口到印度等东南亚各国。
The products are exported to Russias largest steel company, Yevraz Group, and to Ukraines largest Metinvest Group, Ilyich and Asov Steel plants, as well as to India and other Southeast Asian countries.

钢包用不定型耐火材料是公司引进日本东和公司专利技术生产的，参加了国家“九五”攻关项目的宝钢300吨钢包整体浇注技术开发，获得了成功，通过了专家鉴定。是我国第一个生产大型钢包整体浇注料的厂家。出口到日本NKK公司达到日本同类材料水平。

公司创建以来，铝炉用耐火材料一直是主导产品, 铝炉用耐火材料是引进日本东和耐火工业株式会社成熟技术生产的，先后应用于无锡银邦铝业25T大型铝熔炉，江苏昆山商菱铝业20T铝熔炉,上海新格有色金属公司45T熔铝炉以及上海旭东压铸（上海）有限公司，昆山六丰机械；六和轻合金；及昆山远轻铝业（中国）有限公司等5-7T中小型铝熔解炉的新炉制作供料，及大、中、小修供料，用后效果达到同类进口日本耐火材料水平。
